The real estate service provider Greif & Contzen Immobilien GmbH has opened a new branch office in Bonn at the beginning of the year. In the past, the Bonn region had been catered for from Cologne, where Greif & Contzen is based with more than 100 staff members. In line with the growing significance of Bonn’s real estate market, services around real estate consultancy, brokerage and property management for the Bonn region are now being provided from the centrally located premises on Heussallee 40 in Bonn, in direct vicinity of the United Nations Campus and the Post Tower.

The range of services includes traditional brokerage for sale and letting as well as independent consultancy services, market analyses and expert support during property development projects, through to the preparation of custom marketing concepts and property management performed by experienced staff members.
