GREIF & CONTZEN registers high demand for modern office space. The location and layout are particularly attractive for companies from the creative and consulting industries as well as freelancers, doctors and institutions of the social sector.

2,300 square metres have been let to seven new tenants: Over the past few weeks, there has been particularly strong interest in Cologne’s new office building KUBIKON Ehrenfeld, resulting in a number of rental contracts being drafted and signed in a short period of time. The real estate experts Greif & Contzen are tasked by the developers and owners GAG Immobilien AG to coordinate the marketing activities and they have successfully arranged for leases for KUBIKON Ehrenfeld to be concluded for around 3,000 square metres, since the start of the year.

Just over 85 percent of the total of about 8,700 square metres of office space in KUBIKON Ehrenfeld have already been taken up, as a result. 18 of the so far 27 tenants have meanwhile moved into their new office premises. KUBIKON Ehrenfeld is favourably located in the creative hotspot of Cologne-Ehrenfeld, featuring opportunities to combine living and working as well as the option to occupy smaller high-quality, state-of-the-art rental units. Freelancers and doctors alongside small and medium-sized companies from the creative and consulting industries as well as companies and institutions from the social sector appreciate this combination and have already taken up their operations in KUBIKON Ehrenfeld.

The demand continues to be high - this is true for modern office space in Cologne’s market in general and in particular for space in KUBIKON Ehrenfeld. “We are very optimistic about letting the few remaining units within a very reasonable period of time,” says Torsten Hamm of Greif & Contzen. “KUBIKON Ehrenfeld” comprises four buildings with coordinated yet individual architecture. The three buildings “NEO”, “PUR” and “ART” are designated as pure office buildings, while “MIX” provides for office and commercial space on the ground floor and the first floor and residential space in the upper storeys.
