Demand for space varied from region to region in the first half of the year. Whilst the Hamburg market remained robust, market activity in Cologne and Stuttgart remained rather subdued. Prime rents and land prices remained largely stable in the first half of 2026. Prime yields showed an upward trend in several locations.
