Greif & Contzen arranges for around 1,600 square metres to be let to BBZ Altenkirchen

The education provider BBZ Altenkirchen GmbH & Co. KG has found new premises in Cologne, thanks to the assistance of Greif & Contzen Immobilienmakler GmbH. The BerufsBildungsZentrum (BBZ) is a private education institution that performs training and placement measures on behalf of the job centres and employment agencies. The new premises are located in an office building on Emdener Strasse 70 in Niehl that is owned by KölnGrund Vermögensverwaltung GmbH. The 1,600 square metre office unit is spread out over three storeys.

It is the tenth branch in North Rhine-Westphalia for the BBZ that is active across Germany. The education provider will use the premises to hold training, consultation and placement measures in the areas of further education, professional qualification and arrangement of employment subject to social security contributions.

The real estate experts Greif & Contzen arranged for the lease for the unit on Emdener Strasse that starts immediately after the end of the previous tenant’s letting period.
