  • Market value reports: pursuant to § 194 of the German Building Code BauGB for all types of properties and all purposes / reporting dates based on the Real Estate Valuation Directive (ImmoWertV) and international standards
  • Private valuation reports: for purchasing decisions, inheritances, divorces, sales, tax purposes and accounting purposes
  • Court opinions: for foreclosure sales, insolvency proceedings, independent evidence procedures, civil and construction related proceedings, support and inheritance proceedings
  • Arbitration reports: e. g. for contractual adjustments of rental fees or ground rent or other value-related issues
  • Mortgage lending valuations: pursuant to § 19 of the German Mortgage Bonds Act (PfandBG) for banks and other financial institutions
