Turnover Levels off with Low Average Rents compared to Last Year’s Levels

After the annual rental space from 2009 fell by around 23 percent to 230,000 square metres, this year’s result has seen a stabilisation at the previous year’s level. In the first eight months of the year, around 150,000 square metres of office space were leased despite the uncertainty regarding the effects of the continuing global economic downturn. This result was therefore quite respectable.
