Turnover in 2010 Returns to Previous Year’s Level – an Optimistic Outlook for 2011

As in 2010, the quantity of leased office space in Cologne amounted to around 230,000 square metres. The splendid economic recovery has not yet been reflected in the volume of turnover in the office space market. As a result of the time lag regarding the GDP combined with the positive economic trend indicators of the regional economy, a considerable improvement in the rental volumes in 2011 can be expected.
