Economic upturn spreads to the office space market – record turnover possible.

Excluding the two multinationals RheinEnergie AG and LANXESS AG, the first half of this year has witnessed relatively modest turnover performance. However, in the last few months, the economic upturn has started to reflect favourably on the office space market.

The long awaited buoyancy across the entire market is now evident and the turnover of space up to the reference date of 15 September amounted to 250,000 square metres.
