High demand for office-space has once more resulted in turnover records in 2008 - Cautious outlook for 2009.

Despite finanzial crises and cautious expectations, the volume of new lettings in Cologne's office-space market has peaked once again in 2008. Exceeding 300,000 square metres for the first time, the successful results of 2006 and 2007 were outreached.
