„Macromedia Fachhochschule der Medien“, with locations in Munich, Hamburg, Berlin, Stuttgart, Osnabrück and Cologne have leased 1,200 m² of office space and classrooms for their second campus in Cologne. Besides college courses, the college will also be offering apprenticeships in all areas of the media sector in their vocational school division based at the new campus. Wolfgang Hürth, the Managing Director, will be opening the doors of the second campus in the spring of 2011.

The mediation of the premises was performed by Greif & Contzen. The client and owner of the property is a private real estate company.
