The backery chain Ferdinand Voigt GmbH (www.baeckerei-voigt.de) has leased large premises of approx. 130 m² at Gartenstraße 102.

The premises are located in a shopping complex with the supermarket chain Aldi and the chemists dm drogeriemarkt.

The doors are set to open in the 2nd quarter of 2011. Cologne’s premier estate agents Greif & Contzen successfully mediated the deal.
