ZF Services GmbH of Schweinfurt (part of the ZF corporation) has completed the sale of commercial land in Cologne Ossendorf to a foreign investor group who wish to remain unnamed.

The land is 10,000 m² in size and includes halls and offices amounting to 2,800 m².

The Cologne based estate agents Greif & Contzen were the mediators.
