The men’s clothing manufacturer J. Philipp & Co. GmbH from Hanau has leased premises of approx. 130 m² at Pfeilstraße 23 for its fashion / lifestyle concept "SPEERS".

The shop is scheduled to open its doors in the third quarter of 2011.

Cologne’s premium estate agents Greif & Contzen mediated the agreement.
