The chain of self-service bakeries „Back-König“ is to open an approximately 80 m² outlet in Josef-Haubrich-Hof, directly opposite  „Neumarkt”. The opening is planned for the second quarter of 2011. Cologne’s premier estate agents Greif & Contzen mediated the agreement.
