Retail space of approx. 385 m² on the Dürener Straße 217 has been rented to a clothing company specialising in fashionable ladies’ and gents’ clothe.

The property had previously been rented by an electrical store. The new shop is to be opened in the 1st quarter of 2010.

Cologne’s premium estate agents Greif and Contzen were successful in the mediation of the deal.
