The internationally active company KIK has leased premises of approximately 789 m² in the central shopping district of Cologne Widdersdorf.
The focus of their product range is on clothing articles but they have extended their offering by including a range of other non-food articles.
The opening is scheduled for the 3rd quarter of 2011.
Greif & Contzen successfully mediated the agreement .
