The well-known property developer Zürcher Freilager is selling a substantial industrial plot on Robert-Perthel-Straße in Cologne-Bilderstöckchen.

The total area of the land is approx. 11.800 m2 and has hall and office space amounting to an area of approx. 5.100 m².

The purchaser is the Cologne-based estate agency Kruse.

Cologne’s premium real estate agency Greif & Contzen successfully mediated the deal.
