The chain of chemists Rossmann has leased 600 m² of retail space at Bergisch Gladbacher Straße 617.

This retail property was previously leased by a car dealership. The estate agents responsible for the lease is MDW Immobilien GmbH. The new tenant intends to open its doors in April 2010.
