Heubeck AG from Cologne is to lease approximately 2,800 m² in the Cologne Oval Offices at Gustav-Heinemann-Ufer 72 in 50672 Cologne. Cologne’s premier estate agents Greif & Contzen have mediated the agreement. 

Heubeck AG is a leading service provider in the pensions branch. Heuback AG clients include large enterprises, pension funds, supplementary pension funds, professional pension funds, individuals as well as associations, trade unions, ministries and government departments.

Their service offering encompasses consulting and analysis as well as dealing with international issues and individual solutions. 

The owners of the premises are DKV Deutsche Krankenversicherung AG who are being represented by MEAG, the asset manager from Munich RE and ERGO. 

Based on the design by the internationally renowned architects Sauerbruch Hutton from Berlin, the Cologne Oval Offices are a prestigious group of buildings located on the banks of the river Rhine in the Bayental district of Cologne.
