Die BMP Baumanagement GmbH is to lease approx. 600 m² in the office complex located at "Hohenstaufenring 57 in 50674 Cologne". The premises belong to the IVG Institutional Funds GmbH portfolio, represented by IVG Asset Management GmbH. 

The lease agreement was mediated by Greif & Contzen. 

The space is to be ready for business in the spring of 2012.
