The company Karthäuser-Breuer GmbH has leased approx. 1,115 m² of commercial space in the Carlswerk building for the manufacture and distribution of high-quality passe-partout boxes and decorative plates.

The company was founded in 1934 in Cologne and has been expanding ever since through the purchase of other companies.

Greif & Contzen mediated the completion of the agreement.
