The low-cost supermarket chain Lidl has purchased a property on the Deutz-Mülheimer-Straße in Cologne-Mülheim.

The property was sold by an association of heirs who wish to remain anonymous. The property has a total floor space of ca. 5,600 m².

The branch is to open at the beginning of 2011.

Cologne’s leading estate agents Greif & Contzen were successful in their mediation.
